Drew was fantastic. All of his reviews are positive and after watching him work, I now know why. I highly recommend his services. Drew was available on a Saturday morning which I am extremely grateful of. He was detailed and filled with explanations. As each item was being checked, he was constantly filling me in on his findings and giving me real time results so there was no surprises on his report. Based on conversation and his explanations, you can tell that no issue was missed. The report was emailed to me the same day. I cannot thank Drew enough and cannot recommend his services more.

Drew was extremely thorough, helpful, patient, and was happy to answer any questions that we had during the process. As a first time homebuyer, a home inspection process can be stressful. We hired Drew to do a home inspection on a house with some issues pre purchasing the home. Drew arrived early and conducted a very thorough home inspection on the exterior and interior. Drew took the time to explained his findings to me as we went along. He examined the heating & cooling system, had every appliance on checked the faucets, plumbing, electrical. I had the report at the end of the day. I highly recommend him when needing any type of home inspection.

We used True Spec Home Inspections after multiple people recommended Drew as the man for the job in Monmouth county. From start to finish the process could not have ran smoother. True Spec’s detailed website was excellent and after filling out a request Drew immediately called us back and explained the whole process to us.The day of the inspection Drew was on time and prepared before we even arrived. He performed a detailed inspection of the inside and out of our new home purchase. He explained in detail any maintenance issues from small to large with an obvious wealth of knowledge.Drew’s home inspection report was delivered to my wife and I in an extremely prompt fashion via email.
